An executive was new to an organization. They had the task of assessing the roles for each leader on the team, organizing the work to meet the needs of the institution, and building a cohesive leadership team with the existing and new team members. The executive reached out to Lisa for help.

Engagement scores indicated there were some issues with a senior leadership team. Although the leadership team was given the task of closing the gaps, they just weren’t able to do it on their own. The vice president asked Lisa to help.
