Experience |
I have been coaching, teaching, and consulting with individuals and organizations for more than 25 years. My experience spans companies of all sizes and sectors, including health care, finance, travel, technology, and higher education. Along the way, I discovered that my true passion is helping individuals + teams achieve more in their lives and careers. So I started my own company where I could do just that.
Coaching My enthusiasm for coaching executives and leaders led me to pursue additional education in the field of leadership coaching. I was very excited to use my experience and training to build a coaching program at one of the largest universities in the U.S. I continue to serve as an adjunct coach at this university as well as other large universities. As an organizational coach, I have helped many leaders and executives enhance their careers and leadership effectiveness through greater self-awareness. In my private coaching practice, I've had great success helping clients work through challenging life or career transitions, start up new businesses, and achieve personal goals. Workplace Strategy and Solutions I am passionate about helping companies achieve more through the power of their people. From small non-profits to Fortune 100 organizations, I use my combined expertise as a behavioral scientist and business executive to help create winning workplaces. Winning workplaces have leaders who are effective yet caring + compassionate, employees who are more deeply engaged, and therefore experience superior business results. Speaking/Training/Teaching I enjoy helping others learn and grow in group settings. I've been facilitating groups, training audiences, and teaching at the university level for most of my career. I'm currently an adjunct faculty member at a university in the Phoenix area. I get great satisfaction from being invited back regularly to teach or speak to groups because of the impact I've had on previous participants. Volunteering I welcome the opportunity to give back to my community by serving those who are “under served." I previously served on the board of a non-profit behavioral health agency and Veterans Career Xchange. I also provide pro bono coaching to executives through United For Growth, a partnership between Mesa United Way and the International Coach Federation. |
Ideal Clients |
My best partnerships are underpinned by three key characteristics:
You don't need all the answers. In fact, I work equally well with those who come to me with a goal, as well as those who know they "need" to change, but haven't figured out what that looks like...yet. You will succeed if you are willing to entertain possibilities + pursue them! The question isn't whether you will grow, but how far. I can't wait to find out! |
I found Lisa to be one of the top professional development professionals that I have ever worked with. The time with her was invaluable. She really did a remarkable job and I will always deeply appreciate her work with our group and me. |
