PeopleTek's Leadership Journey I program helps leaders improve their effectiveness, productivity, and results through diagnostics, feedback, personalized leadership development plans + targeted coaching.

Our participants learn to tap into their full potential as leaders, as well as that of others they work with, so they can manage conflict and work more productively together to achieve personal, professional + organizational goals.

1. Communication. Leadership Journey helps you develop skills to speak to the needs and aspirations of your team in achieving a common mission. 
2. Relationships. Leadership Journey teaches you how to go beyond creating superficial relationships and build lasting relationships that you can count on for boosting your career or business. 
3. Delegation. Leadership Journey shows you how to effectively delegate responsibility without losing control, all while increasing the efficiency of both yourself and your team. You will learn ways to monitor the progress of deliverables in a way that avoids surprises and holds team members accountable for results.
4. Change. Leadership Journey helps you leverage change to your advantage while staying aligned with your organization's mission + goals.

PROGRAM DETAILS + BENEFITS

• Twelve 2-hour, coaching sessions every other week
• Small group size of 7 - 12 participants to allow for optimal interaction with people from other companies, perspectives + experiences
